I have decided to start my very first blog now that I am pregnant and my hectic third year of medical school is coming to an end. I don't know that anyone will really care to read this, but I am getting somewhat annoyed with facebook and waste too much time on there. This will be my outlet to vent, reflect on being pregnant in med. school, and gain more excitement about this little pea growing inside me (still doesn't feel real). So please join me in my adventure!
First off, here are some pictures marking the beginning of this little pea's new life. The husband, JD, has decided that taking belly pictures is fun even though I'd rather not show my fat stomach to the world! 3rd year has not been good to me...ah well, for his amusement and yours. 7 week ultrasound and stomach. I really wanted to know it was real before I took off for my rural rotation in Madras, OR...and my first OB appointment wasn't scheduled until my return, at 14 weeks gestation.
